Carol Ross

Carol has always been drawn to the sacred and unseen. She noticed synchronicities throughout her life, had fun with classes on cleaning auras, and even wrote about bringing spirituality into her engineering workplace. However, it wasn’t until she burned out in 2011, working as a leadership and career coach, that she made a commitment to develop a spiritual life. Until then, she thought that if she just tried harder and worked smarter, life would go according to plan. Her spiritual reboot started with the humility to surrender to forces greater than herself.

For over a decade, Carol has been on a path of discovering and integrating spiritual practices into her daily life, including yoga, meditation, visualization, and breathwork. A back injury in 2019 caused her to slow down and experience the magic of being rather than defaulting into doing. She now experiences more ease, joy and beauty---a direct result of trusting that she can relax into the arms of the Divine.

As a trained Akashic Records practitioner, Carol weaves in spiritual practices when working with groups and individuals. Her newest frontier in the metaphysical world is helping clients dissolve family patterns and mine the gifts of their lineage, through ancestral healing.

After 30+ years in Colorado, Carol now lives in Iowa City, IA, with her college sweetheart, Chip.

Angela Trainor

Since childhood, Angela has been highly intuitive and sensitive. Hoping to fit in, she spent years tamping down her emotions and hiding her intuition.

She thought a successful life was built on pleasing others, overworking, and control. Meanwhile, Angela spent years seeking out metaphysical practices with more fear and anxiety, than curiosity. Over time, mind, body and spirit suffered. Access to her intuition became stunted and her connection to the divine erratic. It has been a long road to recovery.

In 2018, Angela began training in Akashic healing. What started as a journey to strengthen her connection to spirit broadened into healing mind, body, heart and soul. This led to helping clients heal in the same way. It feels like a miracle for Angela to be free and out of hiding, living a spiritual life.

As a leadership coach, Angela’s power and magic come from the compassionate intuitive introvert in her. She is on a mission to bring emotional fitness and spiritual intelligence to work and families.

Her greatest joy is helping clients to trust the wisdom of their heart and soul and to discover their unique connection to the unseen. Clients change long held limiting beliefs and habits, and befriend parts of themselves that had been hidden away. The result? Increased self-trust, clarity and freedom.

While she cherishes her maritime roots in Nova Scotia, Canada, Angela now makes her home in New York City with her husband, Sanjay, and their dog, Monty.

Owen Luckey

Owen is a mother of two teenage daughters, a textile artist and a leadership coach. Her best work happens when she senses what wants to emerge. Owen has a gift for re-imagining things into life through a creative process of taking them apart. This happens in her art as a designer of wearables/accessories/dolls as well as with her coaching clients. Often clients experience more freedom, love and ease in their lives.

Owen’s spiritual journey has been one of an explorer—listening to the whispers and inklings, while navigating a real world grounded in the tangible and knowable. She’s been intuitive as long as she can remember. As a highly sensitive child who loved nature and animals, she found it easy to communicate and play in the magic of the unknown. Owen’s intuition expanded as she explored meditation, martial arts, yoga, nature bathing, journaling and the Akashic Records. Each of these modalities brought interesting teachers and mentors, courses and community.

Big life events caused Owen to step back, re-examine her journey and double down on spiritual practices. These milestones included the birth of her children, a cancer diagnosis, Covid and the loss of family members.

Today, Owen has a deep trust and comfort with the unseen world. Daily rituals to maintain this connection include getting a good night's sleep, exercise, consuming nourishing food, time in nature, creating art, journaling and accessing her Akashic Records.

Owen lives in Connecticut on the shoreline where you can find her paddle boarding with her husband or cooking with her daughters and two cats.
