More on 360Reach

I recently wrote about some of the results of using the personal branding tool, 360 Reach.  What I forgot to say was that the most common attributes that people associated with me (out of more than 60 different attributes listed) were Genuine, Creative, and Intelligent. So how am I using this info?

It’s validation that I’ve been true to myself. How people perceive me is how I think of myself and how I want to be in the world.

It’s given me a benchmark for what I produce, whether it’s an article or a podcast or a service. Does it speak from the heart? Is there a creative angle? Do I have something meaningful to say?

It’s the core of what makes me distinct in the marketplace. How can I be even more Genuine, Creative, and Intelligent? That’s where the sweet spot will be for me.

I’m still figuring out how to use all of the results of the survey.  What I’m really aware of is what makes me unique. And that’s a good thing.
