A great resource that I stumbled on today is a podcast series produced by the National Center for Women in Technology, or NCWIT.  The podcast, Entreprenurial Heroes, is a series of  twenty short interviews with women entrepreneurs in high tech. The one I listened to this evening is with Heidi Roizen, Managing Director of Mobius Venture Capital. Her personal website has additional info.

Roizen has lots of great insights about entrepreneurship ("Lots of people have great ideas but entrepreneurs actually go out and make it happen.") And the place that piqued my interest was when she talked about networking. Harvard Business Review did a case study about how she networked. She thought it was all common sense. I won’t spoil the interview for you. Let’s just say that her comments were right in line with a recent blog posting titled, "How Can I Support You?", on my new blog, A Bigger Voice.
