Mitchell Ashley has a great post about the word, flourish–it’s many meanings and how it relates to leadership in companies. After reading the post, I’ve concluded that flourish is an attitude, a mindset. Some people have it and as a natural by-product, impart it to others.
Others want it, but don’t know how to get it.
We flourish when we are alive, from the inside out. Work on being alive, and you can’t help but flourish. Help others come alive in the workplace and you’ll start a culture of flourishing.
Thanks, Mitchell, for bringing this to my attention.
