Just a quick plug for an event that I’ll be speaking at in Denver on March 19.

Where can you meet a four-time 25-year old cancer survivor, the Denver Business Journal’s 2006 Outstanding Woman in Business (Professional Category), a marketing guru who held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for major consumer product companies for 20 years, and one of the most respected journalists in Denver? 

These are just a few remarkable individuals expected to be at the Northwestern University Club of Colorado career event. It’s called "Tapping Into a Network of Brilliance and Experience: Beyond LinkedIn and the Company Picnic."

I’ve designed an interactive evening where attendees can learn to network naturally and in the process, create relationships with several interesting people. If you are interested in attending, you can register online. RSVP by March 13. You do not need to be a Northwestern alum to attend (although you’re likely to be surrounded by Wildcats!)
