It’s been nearly nine months since I launched my two iTunes podcasts, Leading With A Whole New Mind and Live Action Coaching. A couple of observations:
- I’m enjoying interviewing others for the Leading With A Whole New Mind podcast. Sometimes, these are specialists working in a specific area related to one of the Six Senses (e.g., a Laughter Yoga Leader for the sense of Play). Sometimes, it’s someone who is a role model for one of the Senses (e.g., an American living in Asia talking about Symphony and Boundary Crossing). In either case, I’ve found the conversations fascinating because it gives me an inside look at A WHOLE NEW MIND. Check out any of the five interviews available at www.leadingwithawholenewmind.com.
- The Live Action Coaching podcast, in which I coach a volunteer client on a career issue, is teaching me about the many challenges of creating satisfying work lives. Each client’s situation is different and yet they all have one thing in common–the struggle to walk a one’s own unique path. This might mean telecommuting a couple of days a week or trusting oneself in the moment or developing a new network. In addition to helping listeners interested in being coached learn more about what coaching is, I’ve gotten feedback that coaches are listening to the demos to hone their own skills. I’m delighted and honored. There are nine demos available at www.liveactioncoaching.com.
New programs for both podcasts will be posted throughout 2007. I haven’t been on a consistent schedule for releasing new interviews and demos but at the very least, I’ll announce when new programs are available.
I’d love to hear your feedback on any of the programs in these podcasts. Feel free to provide it through the comments link on this posting.
